Bio: Ben registered as a medical laboratory scientist in 1978. Since then he has had an extensive career in the diagnostic microbiology laboratory field. He provides NZ-wide IPC consultancy services, with a particular focus on infection prevention, emerging antibiotic resistance and its relationship to our microbiome and adverse health outcomes.
